Western New York Pediatrics has incorporated the use of secure forms for patient use. All information is encrypted and will be used exclusively by our office. Western New York Pediatrics will not be held responsible in the event your electronic message is not transmitted due to technical problems related to your computer, our website, or our secure hosting server.
By submission of information electronically, you are agreeing to the above terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you will not be able to have your requests processed on-line.
Requests will be processed during normal business hours, Monday - Friday from 9am-4pm, excluding holidays.
Please allow 48 hours for appointment requests and prescription refills, and 5 days for referral requests. Referral requests should be submitted prior to your appointment with the specialist.
