Nurses Phone Line

Due to staffing constraints, the offices of WNY Pediatrics have had to change our Nurses Phone Line policies. 

To assist with our call volume, we will now be offering an appointment line for sick children, as well as a nurses phone advice line.  We anticipate the change will allow the families of sick children easier access to an office appointment. 

Families with questions are still welcome to call our Nurses Line to discuss non-urgent matters.  Please note, if a call back is required from the physician, it may take up to 24 hours to receive a return phone call for non-urgent matters.
